 踊り子 by vaundy, The translation is a dancer and that song does that as it creates a vibe or immersive you through its music like your spinning around and dancing away your worries. It's a perfect driving song I think. It has a rock base in the background with his soft vocals.

 I didn't use any subtitles when I first listened to the song, however afterward I looked at translated lyrics, and it's about someone putting down their emotions for benefit of another and regretting that and hoping one day in the future to redo it all. The music video shows that spiral of just dancing or singing till the regret goes away. 

I would totally recommend this artist, he has so many different types of music, another personal favorite of mine would Tokyo Flash its a similar vibe to this song just a bit more rock in it. 

I saw the use of dictionary form as うたう、　うたいます　used a couple of places in the song, I wasn't really able to understand most of it but based on the visuals of the music video I could assume, I could read the title 踊り子, because I know the word おどりこ　means dancer or female dancer.
